About Us
Catering to the
requirement of the lighting industry since the last 4 years, we offer
end to end solutions to our clients. Our association with our client
starts from the stage of designing of the Ballast for the CFL and the
FTL, till the assembly of the final product. We not only offer designs
which are best suited for the end product but designs which are also
best suited to the Indian conditions. Since 1986 we have been providing
our clients with telecom solutions, from designing, production and
support. Puri Electronics is associated with high quality and
reliability.
At Puri Electronics
every product is properly tested as per the various parameters before
being sent to the clients. Consistent quality and reliability of the
product are the key words.
Products
Following is the list of our products:
- Electronics Ballast for CFL from 5 watts to 85 watts
- Low Power Factor and High Power Factor designs
- Designs meeting BIS specifications
- Ballasts for FTL for 18 watts, 28 watts and 36 watts in both 0.50 pf and 0.90 pf
Infrastructure
We have two state of the art manufacturing units, located in Delhi and
Rudarpur, Uttrakhand. Both plants employ latest machinery which
includes through-hole auto insertion and Surface Mounted Technologies.
Complementing the machinery is a highly trained and dedicated work
force. Together both manufacturing units can produce up to 10 lakh
units monthly.
Our highly advanced
R&D department where the research personnel keep track of the
latest developments providing our clients with only the best and up to
date products. We design our Ballasts to custom match the burners,
ensuring optimal functionality of the final product. Our designs
include both 0.5 and 0.9 power factor.
Quality Control
Highest
quality standards are ensured to satisfy our clients. Each of our
products follows a stringent set of test parameters, listed below:
- Incoming Quality check on all raw materials
- In process checks to ensure that end product meets the quality expectations of the final product
- Sample testing of the final product to ensure that meets the standards of the sample approved.
